Responsibilities vary depending on the nature and stage of the project being worked on, but can include:

  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, execution and management of works
  • Responsible for site work coordination and supervision, daily activities at site and monitoring quality of works to ensure compliance with specifications and in accordance to work progress
  • Responsible to liaise with contractors, consultants and clients and attend site meetings


  • Candidate must possess at least a professional an Advanced Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical & Engineering
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • Preferably with at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Independent, initiative and responsible individuals with good communication skills
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Penang/Kulim/Kuala Lumpur/Putrajaya
  • Possess own transport

  • To complete project tender before deadline
  • Responsible to check tender documents before submission
  • Project claims (progress claim) and cost control
  • Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management; Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors; Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates; Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests
  • Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements
  • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
  • Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications and plan and schedule changes, recommending actions; control project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts; prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations; maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Select and recommends procedures or development of methods
  • Overseeing the contract department
  • Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by the management


  • Candidates must posses at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering(E&E); Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Managers specializing -Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
  • Posses own transport

  • Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from vendors
  • Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
  • Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions
  • In charge of daily operation purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules
  • Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
  • Ensured vendor invoices, delivery order and purchase order are documented and processed in a timely manner
  • Reconciled all invoices to delivery order, purchase order and payment
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Candidates must possess at least STPM/Diploma/degree in Procurement /Purchasing /Engineering or equivalent certifications
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and SQL software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multitasking and able to work under pressure
  • Possess own transport





  • Promote Company Products – Fire Fighting Products & Services
  • Execute and meet sales targets set by the company
  • Prospect new customer accounts and maintain current customer accounts
  • Prepare sales documentations including proposal, quotation and collection of credit timely
  • Establish good customer database by providing relevant consultation and advise


  • Attractive salary package: Basic pay + INCENTIVES

  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.

  • Responsible for the development of details and drawings.
  • Require to follow through the whole life span of projects ensuring that the highest quality standard are met.
  • Prepare final drawings including multiple views by studying engineering sketches, specification and supporting documents.
  • Able to modify and redraw drawings by studying changes in components, parts and identification.
  • Maintains technical knowledge and related information; backup of data.
  • Utilize drafting resource and new tools to be more efficient in providing end results.
  • Work and collaborate closely with all departments to ensure correct information and error free drawings.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior and the Management.


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advance Diploma/ Certificate in Architecture/ Engineering or equivalent
  • Revit MEP Knowledge
  • Possess own transport
